Santa Fe International Half Marathon (“we”) runs santafehalfmarathon.com. Here’s what we collect and what we do with it — in plain English.
What we collect
- Race registration: handled entirely by RunSignup, our registration and timing partner. Your registration details (name, contact, emergency info, payment) are collected under RunSignup’s privacy policy — we never see or store your payment information.
- Newsletter: if you sign up, we keep your email address to send race updates — a handful of emails a year, unsubscribe anytime with one click.
- Contact & vendor forms: we keep what you send us so we can reply.
- Analytics: we use standard analytics cookies to understand how the site is used (pages visited, general location, device type). Nothing here identifies you personally.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with anyone except the service providers who make the race work (registration, timing, email delivery).
Race results and photos
Finish times are public sporting results, published on this site and RunSignup. Photos taken at the event may appear on our website and social channels — if you’d like one taken down, just ask.
