The Health & Wellness Expo is a free, two-day community event that marks the start of the Santa Fe International Half Marathon weekend. Organized by the Mwangaza Athletics Club (MAC), the expo transforms the historic Railyard into a lively festival of fitness, expert advice, and a unique cultural exchange.
