All entry fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellation of the event, changes to the event date, format, or course, as well as personal circumstances preventing participation.
The event may be modified, postponed, or canceled due to factors beyond our control, such as government restrictions, severe weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns for participants, staff, and volunteers. In such cases, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.
By registering, participants acknowledge and accept this policy.
You may change your race distance until midnight on September 14th through RunSignup’s Manage Registration feature.
You will receive credit for the amount you originally paid. If the new race distance costs more, you must pay the difference plus any processing fees.
If the new race distance costs less, no refunds will be issued.
If the new event price is the same, no additional fees will apply.
