Shuttle Booking Information
When you pick your race packet, you will also need to secure your shuttle wristband. Remember that you must pre-select your departure time to ensure a smooth trip to the starting line on Sunday morning.
The blue wristband (first trip): Departs at 5:30 A.M. This is the recommended choice to give yourself ample time for gear check and warming up at the start.
The Yellow wristband (second trip): departs closer to 6:30 A.M.
Pro-Tips for 3 Amigos Teams
Label Everything: If you use the gear drop-off, ensure your bag is clearly labeled with your team name and bib number. Bags are transported from the start/exchange zones to the finish line for you.
Parking Strategy: Because there are no shuttles returning to the Eldorado start line after the race, all team members should park at the Railyard. This ensures everyone’s vehicle is at the final destination.
The Finish: The final runner (Leg 3) will cross the official finish line at the Railyard. It’s a tradition for the first two runners to wait near the finish chute to “run in” those last few yards together!
Relay Logistics & Exchange Zones
Each team consists of three runners, with each person covering approximately 4.37 to 4.40 miles. Instead of a baton, you will carry a sash to be exchanged at each transition point.
Leg 1: Starts at La Tienda Plaza (Eldorado) with the main Half Marathon field at 7:30 AM.
Exchange Zones: Transition points are located along the scenic Old Las Vegas Highway.
