Race Day Aid Stations

Five aid stations cover the 13.1-mile course. Two of them are dual-sided tables on the river corridor that serve you outbound and inbound, so you meet water at miles 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12 — and every station has restrooms.

How many aid stations, and where

  • Five stations, seven water stops. Stations Alpha and Beta are dual-sided, serving miles 6 & 12 and miles 8 & 10.
  • Never more than about 2 miles between water. Stops fall at miles 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12.
  • Peak support at the top. The mile-9 turnaround station sits at the course high point of 6,883 ft with ALS medical on site.
