KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Located at Romero's Park, Agua Fría. Half and Relay runners park here; if it is full, continue to Reunity Resources. Saturday’s 5K and 10K finish at Reunity. Venue opens 6:00 AM. Roads into the start close at 7:00 AM — be parked before then. Corrals open 7:00 AM.
AGUA FRÍAFinish at Reunity Resources, 1829 San Ysidro Crossing — 1.06 mi from the start. Medals, food, shade and the finish-line festival.
Directions to the finish
Bag drop is at the start line inside Romero's Park, open 6:00–7:00 AM, for the Half and Relay. Bags are trucked to Reunity Resources and wait for you at the finish. Saturday’s 5K and 10K have no bag drop.
NEAR START LINELocated at the start line and finish area. A medic is stationed at mile 4 and a medical kit at miles 8 and 10, with ALS medical at the mile-9 turnaround and the finish.

Please review these event rules before race day.
One earbud only — you must be able to hear course marshals and safety instructions at all times.
The course closes at 12:00 PM (4.5 hours from gun start). There is no intermediate cutoff — mile 9 is the turnaround, nothing more, and no one is turned back there. The only limit is the 4.5-hour course window. Runners behind the sweep are offered a ride to the finish.
Baby strollers are welcome — the course is paved end to end with no technical footing. Please line up at the back of the field, keep right of the cone line on the two-way corridor, and pass on the left with a shout. Pets are not permitted.
The 2027 bib-transfer deadline will be posted on our Refund & Deferral Policy page. Bibs are non-transferable, and running under another person's bib will result in disqualification.
Santa Fe sits at 7,000 ft elevation. Hydrate well the days before the race. Slow your pace if you feel altitude effects.
Please only discard items at designated water stations. Littering on the course may result in time penalties.
ON-COURSE SUPPORT
Seven water points from five stations — miles 2 and 4 on the village loop, dual-sided tables serving 6 & 12 and 8 & 10 on the corridor, and the mile-9 turnaround. Restrooms at every station.
POST-RACE GLORY
Every finisher receives a unique finisher medal. Awards are presented at the Reunity Resources finish festival: 5K and 10K on Saturday, Half Marathon and Relay on Sunday. Ceremony times to be announced.
Top 3 male, female and non-binary overall finishers receive awards.
Top 3 in each of the seventeen age divisions: 13–14, then five-year groups from 15–19 through 90+ (minimum age 13). Ceremony times to be announced.
